Your subscription to DICK! affirms that you wish to include material which is adult oriented and/or sexually explicit, and is related to material of an adult nature on your website.

  1. ELECTROWORKS CORPORATION will provide DICK! online magazine for placement within a membership site for a monthly subscription fee of $250.00.
  2. All payments must be received within 10 days of reciept of the access link/banner.
  3. This link/banner is for placement only on the webpage/URL provided by the membership site and is not to be resold to other Webmasters or marketing entities.
  4. ELECTROWORKS CORPORATION is not responsible for any loss due to down times.
  5. ELECTROWORKS CORPORATION reserves the right to cancel membership if payment is not recieved within the alloted time.


By subscribing to DICK! you are accepting this agreement, and certify that:
  1. You do not find images of nude adults, adults engaged in sexual acts, or other sexual material to be offensive or objectionable and will not re- distribute materials from DICK! to anyone who does.
  2. You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal right to possess adult material in your community and will not allow anyone under the age of 21 years to have access to DICK!
  3. You understand the standards and laws of your community, site and any computers to which you are transporting this material, and are solely responsible for your actions.
  4. You are not, nor have you ever been employed by a law enforcement agency, nor will you allow access to DICK! to anyone who is or ever was employed by a law enforcement agency.
